ShareDifferent roof-systems monitored by KWR for two years: what have we learned?
The year 2018 was characterized by an enormously long dry period in the Netherlands. In a period of 5 months, starting mid April 2018, the roof in the City of Amsterdam received no significant amount of rain. This provided the opportunity to observe how different roof-systems reacted to these circumstances, and what would be necessary to keep plants alive during this long drought.
